A leading luxury goods retailer was facing a decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty as their digital content, including their online product catalog, became bland and difficult to navigate. Our client needed portal and content management to allow their website to reflect their strong editorial and design standards, as well as an update to their ecommerce platform. We studied their brand and learned their ins-and-outs, consequently restructuring their interface engineering to reflect a user-centric design. Additionally, developed an intelligent customized search that let the client easily and efficaciously re-tool their website as needed.
